At Studio A17, each piece is made with intention and crafted to order. We value quality over speed, and your patience allows us to deliver something truly special.

Processing Times

All items are made to order in our studio. Please allow 4-6 weeks for production before dispatch. During peak periods or special drops, processing may take longer — we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship from Stockholm, Sweden, to customers worldwide.

Sweden

Standard Shipping: 69 SEK (1–3 business days, tracked)
Express Shipping: 119 SEK (1–2 business days, tracked)

EU & Nordic Region

Standard Shipping: €10 (3–7 business days, tracked)
Express Shipping: €18 (1–3 business days, tracked)

Rest of the World

Standard International: €20 (7–14 business days, tracked)
Express International: €35 (3–7 business days, tracked)

Please note: shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on customs and local postal services.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside the EU), import duties and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping price.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Studio A17 is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages once handed over to the courier. However, we’ll do our best to assist with any delivery issues.
